To ensure that the deportations near Azaryčy could also be successfully applied to other localities, the Army High Command described measures in its final report regarding the preparation of such an operation, the registration, loading and transport of civilians as well as their unloading in reception centres and the deportation to final camps. Among other things, it states:
„4.) Vorausanmeldung der zulaufenden Züge vermindert die Einladedauer dadurch, daß die Zivilisten schon zur Einladestelle gebracht werden können.
5.) In den einzelnen Wagen können im allgemeinen mehr Personen als vorgesehen eingeladen werden (bis zu 65), weil Kinder weniger Raum benötigen.“ (German original)
