This document was prepared by Deputy Military Prosecutor of the 65th Army Major of Justice, Polev, and approved by Prosecutor of the 65th Army Colonel of Justice, Burakov.
This document contains information about German measures to deport civilians to the Azaryčy concentration camps as well as numerous memory reports of contemporary witnesses. It is divided into five parts: forced evacuation, establishment of the camps, deportation of the local population, transportation of sick civilians to the camp and physical violence within the camps such as shootings, beatings, robberies and starvation.
