According to the 9th Army final report, on the first three days of the operation, a total of nine trains, each carrying 2.600 civilians on average, left the collection train stations (German: Einladebahnhöfe) in Žlobin, Krasny Bierah and Cialuša. The report also states that all trains were disinfected in Babrujsk afterwards. The report hails the success of the deportations, saying that
„Verladung und Transport gingen reibungslos vonstatten.“ (German original)
